About the event
Amanda Ramirez and Alyssa Donato bring an immersive experience of Breathwork + Plant Spirit Communication. We will weave together a journey of liberation, transformation, intuition, and joy. The plant we will sit with is Blue Lotus Flower. Our workshop begins with a meditative sit as we drink the tea of Blue Lotus flower, illuminating the deepest parts of ourselves, unearthing what is hidden + unconscious, bringing it to the light to be liberated + transformed - opening us to the gems of our hearts + souls. We will move into breath afterward and come back together for a share-circle to close. We hope you will join us! Only 12 spots available
